How Man Flow Yoga Facilitates Robert's Quicker Response to Emergencies
First responder Robert A. signed up for Man Flow Yoga for the first time roughly two years ago. He need a change in his training at the moment. He frequently needs to move big objects when reacting to emergencies, and his employment requires his body to quickly transition from a chilly state to 200 miles per hour.
Robert enjoys being outside a lot. He enjoys hunting, hiking, and biking a lot, but as he ages, he notices that his joints are suffering more and more. through his work as a first responder as well as through his interests in cycling, hiking, and hunting.
He was aware that yoga may make his joints feel better and help him lose weight so he could work harder and take more pleasure in his hobbies. He is, however, the kind of guy who didn't feel at ease attending a yoga session. In addition to the fact that women predominate in physical yoga classes, Robert also built a gym in his basement so he wouldn't have to go to the gym.
He also observed that as he got older, his workouts were getting less effective and efficient. His body needed more time to warm up before exercising. He already had a full schedule, so he needed to find something more productive and efficient.
"I want to check out what's in this guy's Member's Area if he's posting this content on YouTube for free. And I was astounded.
In addition to his joints feeling better, he discovered that practicing Man Flow Yoga for 30 to 60 minutes was the most effective and efficient form of exercise.
Two years ago, he finally joined Man Flow Yoga. He has never felt better, either.
How Man Flow Yoga assisted Robert in turning off all of his body's "check engine lights"
Robert works out for virtually the entire day. He either goes hunting, hiking, or cycling when he's not working as a first responder. Each of these requires him to put his body in unnatural postures, from trekking with a 75 kg rucksack on to carrying something so big in an emergency that it requires 3 or 4 other guys.
He likes his job, and he enjoys his hobbies, but they are really hard on his joints.
At least his joints used to suffer from them. However, he feels as though all of his body's check engine lights have been turned off after starting Man Flow Yoga.
Why?
He hears Dean's prompts in his brain and knows what to do whether he's in a 4-man lift during an emergency, trekking with a 75-pound pack on, or cycling for three to four hours since he constantly uses Man Flow Yoga as his primary training technique.
Robert used to have excruciating joint discomfort from these exercises. He now remembers Dean's cues and almost completely avoids pain!
Best feature?
Robert no longer has to think about these routines because his body has developed such strong automaticity around them.
Before discovering Man Flow Yoga, Robert had to consider his body's weakest location before performing a lift at work in order to safeguard his body. He has come to know that he no longer even has weak points since joining. In an emergency, he can perform a hefty lift without warming up and without suffering an injury.
Robert recently took a 75-pound rucksack on a 3-day walk. Oof, this is going to hurt my knees and back, he recalled thinking as he approached a precipice to step down. But Dean's mental clues persisted in his mind. He didn't feel any discomfort as he descended since he kept his core tight.
And he says that doing Man Flow Yoga consistently has made his entire body feel more sturdy.
As a result of his increased body awareness and the fact that he no longer puts his body in uncomfortable postures, he has also seen a significant improvement in his posture, which was a frequent source of discomfort and soreness before to beginning Man Flow Yoga.
And what about that?
Robert gains from Man Flow Yoga in a variety of ways that we haven't even begun to discuss.
Robert has reaped three unexpected advantages since beginning Man Flow Yoga.
In addition to the more obvious physical advantages of Man Flow Yoga, Robert also noticed 3 enormously unexpected advantages:
1. To recover more quickly after working out, he watches active recovery videos (such as this post-cycling routine).
As a first responder, Robert is used to doing things like 3-day hikes, 3-hour bike rides, and going from 0 to 200 miles per hour.
He uses the active recovery exercises after overexerting his body as one of his Man Flow Yoga secrets. His body no longer aches as much as it did when he was younger since he started included these healing workouts in his regimen.
Which brings me to the following surprising benefit.
2. Man Flow Yoga promotes closer ties with his children.
Robert's kids have become aware of the fact that he performs his active recovery exercises at the end of the day. In fact, Robert noticed his body aching after he got home from a 3-hour bike trip. So he entered his basement and turned on his TV while playing the Cyclist Recovery Routine video.
As he began, he observed his child, who wanted to exercise with him, come down the stairs. He joined after Robert invited him to, and the two of them had a wonderful bonding experience that they wouldn't have had without Man Flow Yoga.
Then, but not least...
3. Robert finds mental relaxation with Man Flow Yoga.
In addition to being physically hard, Robert's profession as a first responder is also mentally taxing. His life revolves heavily around mental wellness, and he adores how Man Flow Yoga helps him unwind.
When he starts to feel frazzled or like he's not quite there, he cranks up a 20–30 minute Man Flow Yoga video to calm his nerves. His body returns to homeostasis by the time the video ends, and he feels fantastic.
(Robert currently prefers the Breath Series Man Flow Yoga videos, but he believes that any 20–30 minute routine is ideal.)
Why Robert would like you to practice Man Flow Yoga
Dean's instructions are Robert's favorite aspect of Man Flow Yoga. Any routine he observes, Dean's instructions immediately captivate him from head to toe (which has greatly aided both his career and his interests).
Even though Dean is never present in the room with him, he constantly has the impression that he is. Robert can instantly tell if he is striking a particular stance correctly or not. He also appreciates Dean's explanations for practically every posture.
Not to add, Robert admires people that are as passionate about their profession as the Man Flow Yoga crew is. In order to get his body in shape and assist him get ready for old age and retirement, he sees Man Flow Yoga as a member of his team.
